Daredevil Dennis Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Daredevil Dennis Rebooted mobile game ("the Game") for Android and iOS, published by Sugarolly Mountain ABN 60 670 056 783 ("we", "us", or "our"). It explains what information the Game does — and, mostly, does not — handle.

This policy is written to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), as well as Google Play and Apple App Store policy requirements.

1. What Information We Collect

None. The Game:

• Does not require or offer user accounts
• Does not collect names, email addresses, or any contact details
• Does not collect location data
• Does not contain advertising or advertising SDKs
• Does not use analytics or tracking of any kind
• Does not transmit any data from your device to us or to anyone else

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The Game stores a small amount of data locally on your device so it can work properly:

• Your local leaderboard (three-letter initials and scores you enter — these stay on your device)
• Your graphics mode preference (retro or modern)

This data never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers an optional in-app purchase (extra "takes" to continue a run). Payments are processed entirely by the platform store — Google Play on Android, or the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see, receive, or store your payment details, billing address, or any other payment information.

4. Device Permissions

The Game uses only these device capabilities:

• Vibration / haptics — for gameplay feedback when you tap
• Keep screen awake — so the screen doesn't dim mid-game
• In-app billing — for the optional continue purchase described above

The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or location.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for general audiences. Because the Game collects no personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If a future update to the Game changes any of the above (for example, if we ever add online leaderboards), we will update this policy before that version is released and revise the effective date at the top of this page.
