The Bin Chicken Has Landed
My game about a rat-dropping ibis is live on the App Store and Google Play. The building was the easy bit.There's now a game with my company's name on it about an Australian ibis that dive-bombs rats onto wheelie bins. Getting it built was a joyful weekend. Getting it shipped was a month-long education in tax forms, burnt app IDs, and one StoreKit bug that took three wrong theories to crack.
"Done" and "shipped", it turns out, are entirely different postcodes — and the distance between them is measured in bureaucracy. Here's the honest field report.
